The feel is Yellowstone and it’s a welcome one, a series with a bit of reality vs. Based in the Permian Oilfield Basin, great casting so far! Interesting characters and storylines…We Oilfield guys are shaking our heads at the inaccuracies of field life and explosions/blasts.
Need torque, no cheat pipe?
The technical errors in the first three episodes are embarrassing and your technical consultant messed up everything in the Blowout scene. A stuck old valve, the 24 inch pipe wrench (applied upside down, stuck near the top? 100% wrong. No hammer, except a brass hammer (i.e.
No experienced downstream crew would ever do that
no sparks)? trying to shut off a blowout (I have never seen Landman on site and put the wrench upside down again and hit his). own finger? Just ridiculous.
